How to: troubleshoot a Tube Amp/Preamp?

Situation 1: The tube amp or preamp doesn't work

Ensure tubes are good and light up properly

Re-seat the tubes and switch them

Use different tubes

Situation 2: If one of the channel fails to work/light up properly

Or produce weak sound/make noise

Ensure tubes are secure & swapping the tubes & testing with other working tubes
